It sucks because that one guy was all ready to take it over and made a fix but then the creators jumped in claiming they were back, but now it’s back to the way it was before.

Makes no sense that they jumped in when someone offered to fix it but the didn’t want to let that happen for some reason.

I’m talking about the Glue component for Yoast SEO plugin no longer being needed. I deleted it 5 months ago and everything’s doing great. Also Glue has been throwing PHP errors for many people now.

AMP just did another update yesterday too and it covers all that Glue was fixing way back when AMP plugin first hit. It was a great bridge before things were remedied.

You don’t need this plugin anymore as the Google AMP one has updated to render this one moot.

Yes, it seems that after the request was made the original people came back for a quick minute and things are back to nothing being done all over again.

hey @hongpong will you still be the one to update and keep this amazing plugin as amazing?

seems that after you were talking about taking over, the developer(s) jumped back in, but now with the heat off, they seem to have cooled also.

What’s weird is when @hongpong jumped in to fix things, it seems like the original people suddenly got interested again. Now it feels like they’ve gone right back to letting the problems pile up and ignore everyone.

Thankfully our host LiquidWeb has our server secured tighter than Game of Thrones Season 8 spoilers coming out.

I’ve tried 20 different themes and they all break with Native and Paired which lets me know that it’s not just an isolated thing. I’ve deactivated every plugin without anything changing.

Only classic mode doesn’t break.

It still works fine with 5.1. If you have Amazon affiliate links, it will keep showing them as forbidden ones no matter how many times you click to ignore.

Otherwise, it works fine.

Thank you so much for updating this. It’s a great plugin that saves all of us so much time with thousands of posts.

Having someone take care of this great plugin would be wonderful!

Thank goodness, it’s another Google problem. It started with the ‘image size smaller’ warning last week then suddenly escalated to this.

I think they’ll be having to extend that 2 year deadline for the WP Classic Editor Plugin the way it sounds.

Thanks for bringing this up @universalmovies as I was having the exact same issue and have spent many hours trying to figure out what was causing it.

Who would have thought Review Pro plugin, but at least we know!

I am able to highlight sentences when I am in Gutenberg’s HTML mode, but I cannot do this when I’m in Visual Mode when you use it most. Control / A highlights all the blocks, but many of us highlight words or sentences that we want to bold/italicize or add a link to. I am unable to in Visual Mode.
