I’ve also forwarded this to the developer of the site, but as many people use their themes you may be hearing this alot.

The site itself is broken down like one of those old html ones from the 1980’s.

We did already and they weren’t able to help with what I asked. So we were forced to go back to the free version 7.4.2.

After contacting Yoast support directly and being told the same thing as above, I just went back to 7.4.2 version and everything works perfectly again.

The fact that there’s a growing number of people experience the same thing lets me know that there’ll be another update soon which should finally fix our issues. Lately there’s seems to be at least one big bug with each major release of Yoast SEO and 7.5 is no different. 7.4 was a nightmare but at least we know we can go back to get back to work.

Going back to the 7.4.2 version of Yoast SEO fixes the problem until the developers fix this.

Also using Newspaper by tagDiv, but theme or other plugins aren’t causing the issue, it is the Yoast SEO update doing it.

If you use the free version, you can go back to the 7.4.2 version which works perfectly again until they fix this issue.

The fact that they’re already doing updates 1 day after the last update lets us know they realize there are problems.

I contacted and got the usual, (Did you deactivate every one of your plugins to make sure it wasn’t a problem with them and not us, etc.) that they always send out.

I let them know that the problem didn’t occur until their update and that was the only update but haven’t heard a peep since that.

This has happened so many times with them saying its another plugin but then quietly coming out with a quick fix update which fixed the issue. As more people notice and report this issue, you can expect another new update.

I even contacted them via e-mail and haven’t heard anything back yet.

We actually deleted the open graph option for Social Warfare as per Yoast and no problems.

It also depends on how often you are creating new content. The more new original content you create will lead to Google bots crawling your site more.

If you average a new article each day, G bots will hit every day (usually they will start coming around same time each day). If you only do 1 article per week or less, expect much less visits.

If you do less using the Fetch like Google is your solution.

This happened with the 6.0 upgrade and we had to wait for several updates before updating as it originally slowed our site way down and we have a robust dedicated server!

I added the Adsense for AMP plugin and now the ‘valid with warnings’ errors have all gone away into the valid links box.

I guess it needed that.

This will probably be a moot question. I just found out from Apple News that our on their Apple News Format and not RSS.

I’m assuming that makes this plugin unable to work with their format?
