In reply to: [Inline Related Posts] AMP errors + impossible to add class/style manuallycan’t wait for the update as we are anxious to get the pro version of this, especially if it’s compatible with PHP 7.2!

In reply to: [AMP] Increase in errors from Google Search ConsoleGoogle Amp did some updates which always shows a big increase in errors. It usually takes this plugin to update to deal with those errors so we have to wait.
What’s frustrating is that Google penalizes us for those errors even though it’s either keep hiring a web person to update the plugin or wait for this one to get updated.

In reply to: [AMP] getting error in console boxOn Dec 13 Google AMP had another update and whenever that happens errors crops up (usually a lot of them) and then we have to wait for this plugin to get updated and then they’ll go down.
It’s frustrating as we’re at the mercy of all this and the longer this plugin goes without being updated, the most our Google AMP indexed pages begins to decline. On Dec 13, mine were at nearly 6,500 and now they’ve dropped to 5,932.
Most of the errors are Use of deprecated tags or attributes which is the usual one that hits when Google AMP does an update.

In reply to: [Inline Related Posts] Inline Related Posts – Not PHP 7.0 compatible.I contacted them directly and they didn’t say it they would be updating for this issue. Very odd since more sites are upping to PHP 7 now that it’s compatible with cPanel.
Hopefully, it’s not one of those plugins left on the roadside.

In reply to: [AMP] AMP errors since updating pluginWe had the same with 0 errors and once we updated now at 177 errors mostly AMP related:
AMP markup missing or incorrect and invalid use of AMP tags
wow, that did it! Thanks so much.
Trying to keep up with Apple News, Google AMP and Facebook Articles is def. quite the job now:)
I thought it was just happening to me. It started yesterday and today nearly every post is throwing this error. Mainly it’s ones that have more than one image in it also.

In reply to: [SEO Smart Links] PHP 7Have to agree with MassimoD as PHP 7 won’t work with plugins that are using discontinued php functions. I’m sure someone could do a quick tweak on the plugin to adjust this.
It’s a shame it was abandoned as it was actually one of the best for working both automatically and with keywords you added. It was rather intuitive in finding keywords to tag on its own, and all of the other plugins similar to this don’t do that. You have to add all the keywords and links manually.

In reply to: Image titles have dashes upon uploadI’m going to check with our developer (on vacation of course) to see what tweak to make as it’s very annoying for those of us that have news sites with a lot of images posted daily.

In reply to: Image titles have dashes upon uploadWP did this back in 2013 and it was short lived thankfully.

In reply to: Image titles have dashes upon uploadHaving the same thing happen and nice to see it’s not isolated.
Yes, I’ve done all of those things.
This was working perfectly until the recent updates on the plugin. This error is also getting thrown on every single article published on Instant Articles where it wasn’t before the updates:
“The HTML element does not contain any text: Avoid including empty HTML elements”
We’ve gone through and disabled every plugin and then one by one tested but nothing.
When I click on the “Login with Facebook” button, it just shows the spinning blue circle that never stops.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Related Posts] Related Content has disappearedHey Petra,
Thanks. It’s been odd as the Transport Failure comes up every so often. Pretty much like very two weeks for a day or two, then it works fine again.
