First of all, thank you for this almost perfect plugin.
exactly the same problem here.
After use the plugin, DB damaged.
Yes, it deletes the term variable (after edit db and add this term all variable products passed from simple to variables).
I use All Import to import products. Until use this plugin, no problems found.
After the 1st use, this are the symptoms after the csv import:
a) variable products assigned as simple
b) all imported products don’t have any language assigned (using WPML)
c) all attributes deleted (also translations)
