It’s not a caching issue. You can replicate it yourself if like:

1. Upload 2 videos to Youtube. Make them Public.
2. Add them to a Playlist and post it as Gallery on your website.
3. Make one of the videos Private. You will see it as Private on your website
4. Remove Private video from your playlist on Youtube. It disappears also from your website.

But I also use Playlist of others. I do not have any control of them.

I am using your plugin for a couple of years now.

Now I want to update the certificate addon 1.1.2. The layout of 35 certificates is broken after the update to the last version 1.1.3. I really do not want to open all certificates to redesign them from scratch like I did it after update to 1.1.2. The layout was also broken. It tokes me 2 days to fix everything. Now I have to do it again.
I do not want to redesign all certificates after every update.

Can you please do something about it in version 1.1.3?

I have found a workaround:

Installed Plugin Organizer and disabled Simple Membership on these pages. It works now.

I switched to Twenty Twenty-Two theme. It works very well, but not with my theme. There is no button for download in the customers accounts.

I have installed StoreFront theme. It works. I see a download button.

Can you check this theme at your end? (There are 2 plugins included)

This is not my first invoice plugin.

I have tested yesterday everything before posting my request. All of this is already set properly, exactly like it is here. Everything works fine except the download button in the account.

I have created a customer, purchased a product. An invoice was automaticity created and sent to the admin and customer. There is only no invoice in the account of the customers.

I have used another plugin. The same issue (due to Avada theme I suppose). They solved it by adding a shortcode:
