There is no restriction in the plugin, everything depends on your server.

There is a small security check in the export page. you can’t submit the from different domain or url. Please find the fix below.

Are you using any other email (SMTP) plugin to change the FROM email address?

Please find the above link. “Sender of notifications” is the only property to set FROM name and EMAIL address.

It clearly mention in your admin email that there is no recipient to send a email. Please check your notification settings and confirm whether your settings are correct. Thanks

If you can able to see records in Sent Emails menu, It means plugin able to schedule your emails properly. Now we need to check CRON link is working or not. Can you able to browse the CRON link manually and see the status in Sent Emails menu?
