It works when I change the location of translation files from:
Custom:??languages/loco/plugins/complianz-terms-conditions-hr.po
To:
System:??languages/plugins/complianz-terms-conditions-hr.po
I am affraid this way the translations may be deleted when your plugin updates.
Can your plugin be configured so that is loads the translation files from Custom location?
