You can use some HTML tags in JSON. This is correct and search engines interpret it correctly.

If there is a problem with that, just write it again.

Gerade PageBuilder haben da so ihre Macken und formatieren die um und k?nnen anschlie?end nicht interpretiert werden.

Einfach mit suchen&ersetzen die Anführungszeichen tauschen, dann geht es.

i’ve tested your site with the Google Structured Data Testing Tool and the are no problems with the FAQ-element.

With v1.3.1 you can add as many FAQ as you want – we have users with >30 FAQ without any problems. If you find one, let me know ??

if you’re using Gutenberg you can format the answer as you want.

If you’re using Single FAQ to conquer the AnswerBox in the SERPs you can also format the answer between the opening and closing shortcode.

If your’re using Multi FAQ in the TinyMCE then you reach the limits of the TinyMCE. Because the answers need to be in one shortcode you can’t make use of HTML – the TinyMCE will delete the special characters < ” > within the answer area of the shortcode.

We’re sorry but this a limitation of the TinyMCE/Shortcode itself. Switch to Gutenberg ??

If you don’t want to display the FAQ just uncheck the checkbox “Render HTML” at the top of the FAQ-modal. If you already inserted the shortcode search for html=”true” within the shortcode and change true to false (so: html=”false”).

the problem in your shortcode are wrong formated quotation marks. There is a difference between

” vs ″ vs ”

The last one is the good one ?? this can sometimes happen when you use the visual editor in special environments – then the tinyMCE formats the the quotation marks in a wrong way.

Just replace the quotation marks with the one you find on your keyboard (search&replace function) and the shortcode works.

the JSON-LD Code is in the source code. Test it with the Google Data Testing Tool https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool

If you also want to see the question and the answer on the website change the parameter html=”false” to html=”true” in the shortcode.

When you add new FAQ and want to see the it on the Website make sure that the check mark at “Render HTML” is set in the FAQ-Modal.

– delete all caches
– activate the plugin

– you’re using normal TinyMCE or a PageBuilder?

– which version of WP & PHP is in use?
