In reply to: [Page scroll to id] Scroll to location # causing URL to remove anchor #Hi,
Thanks so much that did the trick! The strange thing is that link was in the mobile menu and this was happening on the desktop as well.

In reply to: [Page scroll to id] Scrolling not working after plugin updateHi,
Thanks for this. I had a look at my Selectors in the settings and that one looks OK:
a[rel='m_PageScroll2id'], a[href='#block-65'], a[href='#block-66'], a[href='#block-67'], a[href='#block-68'], a[href='#block-69'], a[href='#block-70'], a[href='#block-71'], a[href='#block-17'], a[href='#block-18'], a[href='#more'], a[href='#block-19'], a[href='#block-20'], a[href='#block-39'], a[href='#block-49'], a[href='#block-41'], a[href='#block-43'], a[href='#block-28]
Is there anywhere else that could be hanging on to that unicode error in that Selector field?
Thanks,
Sandra

In reply to: [White Label CMS] Own Welcome Panel Not ShowingThanks, I had cleared the cache on the server – no joy, unfortunately.

In reply to: [White Label CMS] Own Welcome Panel Not ShowingHi,
I’ve also got the same problem, and tried the same fixes as the OP. This is on WordPress 3.8.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
That new version did the trick!
Cheers,
Sandra

In reply to: [Twitter Widget Pro] "No Tweets Available"Does the developer have an answer for this? I’m getting the same problem, too and switching the API to HTTP has made no difference. It’ll work for a minute when I make that change, but then as soon as I close the browser and reopen it, it stops working.

In reply to: [Testimonials Widget] Move image to below quoteHi Michael,
I’ve been working in Firefox – just realised that other browsers were displaying the float for the testimonial image a bit differently. Sorry for the confusion!
Still not able to extend that background beyond the bottom of the image evenly (minimum height isn’t going to do it as all the testimonials are a different length. Any clue as to how to get around this? I’ve turned off caching for now.
Still can’t get my head around the filter. Have read the FAQ a dozen times and it’s not making any sense to me. The only way I could get the file to save with this addition was to change the

(something about the text encoding meant it wouldn’t save), so I’ve probably done something wrong there.I’ve made a donation through your website, so if you can email be the Premium file, that’d be great. I think I’ll add a Read More to the bottom of the testimonials which hopefully will stop the issue with the background not going past the image.
Thanks,
Sandra

In reply to: [Testimonials Widget] Move image to below quoteHi Michael,
On your site, in Chrome, nothing happens after the clicking the Add to Cart button. In Firefox I can get to the Checkout, but even after setting up an account it just keeps reverting back to the account page even after logging in (I’m on Mac, if that’s a help).
You can see at the bottom of the widget in this screenshot how the grey background extends below the image, which is what I want it to do. At the moment, the background stops part way through the image (as you can see on the page at the moment). Adding padding to the image made no difference to this.
I’ve installed your update and added that filter code to my functions.php file, but I’m not seeing anything different. What could I being doing wrong with that?
Thanks again,
Sandra

In reply to: [Testimonials Widget] Move image to below quoteHi Michael,
Thanks so much for your quick reply. Such a delight (and a surprise) to get not only prompt, but helpful service from a plugin developer.
I actually tried to buy the premium add-on earlier today on your site, but it never takes me to PayPal. Do you want me to email you my details so you can send me a Paypal invoice?
The background issue for me is a little different to what you’ve outlined earlier (the background is just a CSS colour), but the image of the widget is not adding on the padding for the background. I suspect that your new version may fix the problem I’m having.
Thanks,
Sandra

In reply to: WordPress license displaying at top of pageWill do. I deleted the license.txt file which has got rid of that mess of text on the top of the page, but am still without a Dashboard menu.
