Hi, I dont know if it will help you, but I think my form was affected by the recaptcha v3. If it was detecting something as spam, it was still sending and email but showing “error message not sent” to the user, so I think they were submitting again which would then go through successfully.

Not sure why this is an issue though. I have had to remove recaptcha at the moment to sort it, which isnt ideal.

I’m having the same issue. I wasnt sure if it was a version issue. Have you moved to a previous version? If so did this fix it?

Thanks for responding so quickly.

I’ve followed the read me and uploaded the file & checked that I have set up the correct permissions.
Now when I try to access the bridge file to test it I get:
[M1_Pdo] MySQL Query Error: Can not connect to DB

This is on wordpress hosting if that helps?
