Try a different browser. I could only get 1 page on Firefox but when I tried it in Opera browser, I got all the products imported. Hope that helps! Might be too late though ??

Anyone having this issue, I discovered it’s a browser issue. Try Opera or a different browser. I originally tried Firefox and only got the first page. Opera downloaded all 13 pages of products perfectly.

Thanks, it’s still not resolved. The ordering is correct everywhere except on the actual product page. I can’t work out why that is but for now, I’ve just left it in the wrong order ??

Thanks. It could be that. I tried Storefront and it gave me a drop down instead of buttons. So I have to find the custom code in the Twenty Twenty One child theme that shows the buttons. Thanks for your help.

It shows correctly on the shop page but not on the single product page.

Hi, apologies for the late reply. I think there must have been a conflict with another plugin. I have just tested it again after another plugin charged a customer the PayPal rate for Afterpay (that wasn’t set up to charge as Afterpay doesn’t allow this). So I tried yours again, and this time, it works a treat! I’ll leave a review when I get a few orders through. Thanks

An alternative would be to use an mp4 file as that is also smaller but I can’t seem to use that either in the custom animation field.

Actually it’s not resolved.

this is what happens:

Each time a contact form is received, it shows, in the “To” field, the name of the last person who filled in the form (not the current person) and if they click on the “To” field it shows the email address that is the “from” (admin) email.

Default Notification
Send To Email Address: {admin_email}

Email Subject Line: Contact Form Entry

From Name: name of company

From Email: {admin_email}

Reply-To: (using smart tags provided) {field_id=”1″}

Email Message: {all_fields}

The only thing I can think is that it might be something to do with their email client settings? Because this is not happening to me, it’s happening to the person who owns the site. For me, I get in the “To” field, my own name.

This seems to be an ongoing problem with this plugin and Edge browser.

I have also received the same error message. I did report it as not a suspicious site a couple of times and I hope that this will help to remove it eventually.

If I find a better solution, I’ll come back and let you know.

I’ve had awesome support from WP Stream. Can’t fault them!

Just tested the form with all plugin deactivated except for Elementor and your plugin. But it still sends even with blacklisted words included.

I’m using the Elementor form. Is it more likely to work if I pay for the API? I don’t mind paying for a license if it works.
