@jdembowski I see that this user have purchased annual license earlier (we can show invoice if required) and was using the service very well. We have a CDN service limited to annual license only. During the expiration time, user have brought lifetime license and expecting to use the CDN service for lifetime!.

I kindly request the customer to reach out via premium support forum instead of a threatening review like this asking people to join the conversation. Our premium support team would be more than happy to help.

P.S., we don’t have any issues processing full refund of lifetime license purchase if this user forcefully wants to use our annual CDN service for lifetime. We’re only expecting a confirmation via premium support forum.

@youshopper in that case, it’s better to reach out to your hosting support and provide them generated cert files, they will install it for you easily.

@theblessedday Thanks for the review. cPanel is not the ultimate requirement, many hosting platforms comes with a place to upload custom ssl certificate. You could try finding a place in Namecheap to upload ssl cert or send the ssl certs to your hosting support to install it for you. Opting to our $29 annual plan is not mandatory ??

Please check your inbox as well as spam folders for a purchase receipt email which contains link to download pro plugin file. Alternatively, you can directly login to your account at users[dot]freemius[dot]com to view your pro license key & download pro plugin.

Please upload & activate pro plugin file via PLUGINS > ADD NEW in your wp-admin, enter and activate your pro license key when prompted.

@lcklem WP Encryption definitely works on sub domain based sites too. Please use support forum for further help.
