@connect2000 We could not locate your ticket anywhere!. A negative review is not really a motivating factor to offer support or is not the right way of requesting refund. Please reach out to our PRO support forum or Live chat on wpencryption[dot]com and we will happily refund your full purchase if our PRO plugin cannot work on your site.
@ballonmand Your HTTPS site is still showing outdated / expired SSL certificate. Please RESET and re-generate SSL certificate. Then remove older SSL certificate from your cpanel and install the newly generated SSL certs.
@jimmy00790 Please refer https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/http-and-dns-verification-did-not-work/ for resolution. That might help!.
@gabkmiec If you have added the TXT records in DNS correctly, it should show up in https://dnschecker.org/#TXT/_acme-challenge.imgabby.com
Please try adding TXT records in DNS settings on your domain provider as well as hosting provider. Actually, you should refer your domain Name Servers to confirm where your domain DNS is managed.
@beachview05 We see that you have successfully GENERATED the SSL certificate but you need to manually download them and install it on your cPanel / hosting. Did you already completed the installation part as well following the video tutorial shown on success screen?
@andyleicsda Please wait for a new update release tomorrow, you will be able to use wpleauto=http with the new release. Until then, Verify HTTP records button is the only option.
You could try running RESET option once and start again. Then click Verify HTTP records button. If it still fail, please update to new release tomorrow and try wpleauto=http as said in previous response.
@andyleicsda That was not the expected response. Please re-try opening the above said url once again.
@andyleicsda Please login to your wp-admin and open the below URL to override local check and request cert authority to verify the challenge
lecisda.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_encryption&wpleauto=http
@jimbunte Please check FAQ within plugin interface to know how to generate SSL certificate for both www & non-www domain. That will resolve your issue.
You have currently generated SSL for your www domain and thus non-www domain is giving SSL error.
@theboshow sorry for any inconvenience. Please open a ticket in our premium support forum at gowebsmarty[dot]in and one of our support rep will definitely check on why your auto renewal is failing ??
@theboshow Your site must have directory permissions issue or please update plugin to latest version, auto renewal of ssl certificate should work perfectly!.
We pushed an important intermediate cert update recently which you might have missed if not updated to latest version of plugin.
@pskil Hopefully you are referring to mixed content issues on your site I.e., some assets, images loaded over http: instead of https: thus causing browser padlock to not show. Ex: image links in image sliders are to be manually changed to https and cannot be fixed by plugin.
Also, please do note that automatic renewal is only provided in PRO version of plugin.
@wordpresswebsiteslive Awesome!. You will need to do the same process every 3 months i.e., complete domain verification and generate new SSL certificate.
wpleauto=http URL param will instruct plugin to override prior manual check and proceed with verification from certificate authority.
@wordpresswebsiteslive Ok please login to your wp-admin and open this URL directly – https://mark-latham.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_encryption&wpleauto=http
HTTP based verification should succeed and you should be able to download new SSL certificates.
@raptorkitchen Please open a ticket at gowebsmarty[dot]in for Premium support. We are not allowed to offer support for PRO version here.
