@wordpresswebsiteslive Please re-run form with “Generate SSL for both www & non-www domain” unchecked. Also, remove empty space on top line in acme-challenge files you have uploaded. Try verifying via HTTP method.
@wordpresswebsiteslive What happens when you click “verify http records” & “verify dns records” button?
@jetpack2 HTTP challenge files might appear correctly when you view in browser but some hosts returns noscript tag(to block bots) when a bot access the same page. Thus verification bot will not be able to view the content you are seeing.
On such hosts, We recommend going with the DNS verification. Since you only have ‘A’ record pointed, We know it would be not possible to add TXT records. But, you might have to get some help from one who have access to complete DNS records.
@wordpresswebsiteslive Looks like something is wrong in the DNS records you have added. Please show a screenshot of TXT records you have added and we will let you know if its added correctly. Its hard to tell without domain name too.

@wordpresswebsiteslive We recommend using the RESET option once and run the SSL install again.
Once after you add HTTP challenge files, please make sure you can view that file content in “your uploaded files should be visible at” links. You might need to check your file permissions to make the files in /acme-challenge/ folder publicly viewable.

@evan8537 Hello, we guess a negative review is not the right way of requesting refund. As clearly stated on our premium support forum, our operating time is based on Indian Standard Time. It’s almost midnight and not our Live hours.
Please expect a response within 24hrs. We will happily process your refund if our Pro solution absolutely can’t work on your host.
@jkurzner Sorry but this plugin requires Linux Hosting as stated in Requirements & cannot work on Windows Server.

P.S., Newly added DNS records takes few minutes to hours to propagate worldwide. So you might have to wait and try later.
