In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] [Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] CSS editing and reCaptchaPlease post a link to your site so we can look at the submission area issue.
Thank you for the suggestion on recaptcha but we’ll probably stick with the current verification. It’s coded in a way that is very effective.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] [Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] CSS PositioningI’m afraid you can’t just edit the CSS file, you’d have to edit the PHP file. Problem is then you’ll lose your changes if you update, or continually make the changes if you do.
You can find the code around line 745 of wp-customer-reviews.php
We are working on this. We want to be careful to make sure it has the intended result…to show up on all pages and in the right format, so Google picks it up in the SERPS. Hope to have something to share in the next few weeks.
Looks like we got that solved ?? Enjoy ??
We are working on that functionality for a future update, however it may be for a paid version of the plugin. The idea would be a sidebar widget that shows average rating, the latest review, and a link to the reviews page. How does that sound for what you need?
Gotcha, so detailed ratings based on configurable values? Interesting. We’ll look into that. Thanks for the suggestion.
We’ll be putting a feature tracking tool in place soon too, so watch out for that.
patmatt, explain for me please. How would you want multiple ratings implemented?
Hi all.
Caps, we are indeed working on this plugin, we’ve just been busy working with paid work.
We will have the average rating worked into the plugin soon, we’re just considering the best way to do that, ie: shortcode vs. sidebar widget, etc.
Give us a few weeks ??

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] [Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Please!Anders,
Sorry about the delay, things have been quite busy here and being a free plugin we have to attend to client work first ?? Aaron is aware of your requests though and will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.
Joey
rwillen, we’ll check on this. What version of the plugin are you using? Thanks!
