video autoplay on iOS is a bit tricky, we need a couple more information before we can determine whether this is a bug or not.
video autoplay works on IOS 10+ please check if your IOS version is higher than that.
video autoplay won’t work if your device has Low power mode on. so make sure that it is turned off.

since your site is down at the moment, we want to ask some questions:
- have you downloaded gutenverse? Kavana has two versions: one is built with the gutenverse plugin, which will be activated when you install the plugin, and one with wordpress core blocks.
- do you mean this signature at the bottom? that signature is actually an image and not text. but if you use the gutenverse version of Kavana, try to change the font of the text to something like Ephesis, Alex Brush, or Whisper.
- about mobile friendly, if you use the gutenverse version, there is an easy way to achieve a responsive site, and I can assist you further on that.
- the popup only exists on the gutenverse version of Kavana, so this might indicate that you have not installed gutenverse.
- Kavana did not have any integration with woocommerce. but you can still use woocommerce without any problem with Kavana.

Regarding the Query Loop rendering issue, it might be a bug. Could you please share some more information with us?
- Please send us a screenshot of the error placeholder. We would like to understand how it looks.
- Check for any error messages that might be appearing. To do this, use your browser’s developer tools. You can usually open these by pressing the F12 key on your keyboard. If that doesn’t work, you can search for how to open developer tools in your specific browser.

I noticed that Gutenverse isn’t currently installed. Since this theme uses Gutenverse as its foundation, I recommend installing the Gutenverse plugin.
For the navigation menu alignment on mobile, you can adjust this in the settings. Simply select the navigation block in the editor, then go to the settings panel on the right and adjust the ‘Justification’ option to ‘Left’ or ‘Center’ as desired.

Could you please send us your Gutenverse system status? You can find it by navigating to Gutenverse Dashboard > System Status. Copy the information and send it here.
Additionally, go to Gutenverse Dashboard > Settings > Frontend > Render Mechanism and set it to ‘Inline’.

This issue is new to us and we will try to investigate further. But one thing we knew is that the request was forbidden as it showed 403 error. was there any protected post in your post list?
If you haven’t already, try going to your WordPress admin panel, navigate to Settings > General, and change both the WordPress URL and Site URL to use HTTPS.
Additionally, if you create a new post block with pagination, we’d like to know if you encounter the same issue.
Regarding your question about the query block, this behavior is intentional within our plugin. When you open the editor to view templates, WordPress loads every template in the editor view and runs the query loop simultaneously, which may occasionally cause an unresponsive error. We use a placeholder for the interface, but once you open the template to edit, it should function normally.
