Hi,
The theme likely overwrote the styles when the text was not wrapped. To fix this, place the content inside a section. Previously, the text editor could act as a wrapper for the heading, but since it no longer does, you’ll need to add a separate wrapper for the heading.
Hi,
Have you updated both Gutenverse and Gutenverse-Form to the latest version?
Additionally, can you check for any error messages in the console? In the editor where you see the error, right-click and select Inspect/Inspect Element. Then, navigate to the Console tab and check for any error messages.
Instead of adding CSS that hides the overflow for every section, you can target specific sections where the overflow needs to be hidden.
Here’s a video for reference:
As I mentioned earlier, you can select the section of the block that’s overflowing and causing the white space issue on the mobile version. You can then set the overflow of just that specific section to hidden.

Hi,
In the latest version of our plugin, the ‘text-editor block’ is now limited to containing only paragraphs. This change addresses issues from previous versions, where it could hold blocks that did not align with its intended purpose. However, in our next update, we will introduce an option allowing the ‘text-editor block’ to support headings as well. In the meantime, while we are working on this update, you can use the separate heading block to create headings instead of converting paragraphs to headings.
thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for the video it does help us to understand the issue clearly, we will investigate further into this, so please be patient.
as for the styling of the heading, it is showing normally for me from this article https://paseolasal.com/mejores-joyerias-lanzarote/ this is the latest article I found from your site. if you could provide a blog that has the issue, it will be helpful.
thank you!
Hi,
Yes, that issue has been resolved in the latest version of Gutenverse. This is why I asked if you’ve updated to the most recent version.
If your Gutenverse is fully updated and the problem persists, we might need more information to help pinpoint the cause. Please assist us by providing:
- gutenverse system status
- are you editing page or post?
- what are the contents of the page/post you are editing.
- what block is inside the pattern that is used in the page/post.
You can try creating a new dummy page with a draft status, replicating the content from the page you’re trying to edit. To do this without triggering the error:
- Deactivate Gutenverse temporarily.
- Go to the page editor, click on the three dots in the top-right corner, and select Code Editor.
- Copy the code text of the page content and paste it into a new dummy page.
- Reactivate Gutenverse and, on the new dummy page, try deleting the patterns one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.
Once you find the problematic pattern, you can change or remove it on the actual page temporarily while we work on replicating and fixing the issue.
Hi,
can you elaborate on
this block is wrong
. what do you mean by this?also, from what I see, it seems that the overflow issue has been resolved. do you need more help on that matter?
Hi,
can you give us your gutenverse system status?
in addition, can you check the error message on the console when that error occurs? thank you!
Hi,
Can you tell us more about the problem that happened in the editor? a video would be helpful. For the frontend issue on which page does that issue occur?
thank you!
Hi,
Have you updated to the latest version of Gutenverse?
You mentioned multiple patterns. Could you try creating a new page with just one pattern and check if the issue still occurs?
If the issue persists, try this:
- Deactivate Gutenverse.
- Go to Appearance > Editor > Patterns and look for the patterns used on the page you are trying to edit.
- Find the synced patterns and delete them from the page you’re editing.
- Reactivate Gutenverse and check if the issue still persists.
Please let me know after trying these steps.
Hi,
You can hide certain elements on the mobile version of your site to improve responsiveness.
Some of the elements that are overflowing in mobile view include:
- Header Image: You can see it here (https://imgur.com/a/SyNWer3)
- “Szolgáltatások” Background Heading: Screenshot here (https://imgur.com/a/ZK0uixi)
To hide these elements, use the display options in the editor. Locate the element that overflows on mobile, then select the “Hide on Mobile” option for that element. Here’s a guide to the process (https://imgur.com/a/qOBSgHT).
Additionally, your gallery is causing layout issues in mobile view, pushing the header image out of place (https://imgur.com/a/8ayVUYD). You can fix this by using the device selector in the editor. For the gallery, hide the current one on mobile and tablet, then create a new gallery that’s hidden on desktop mode.
This way, you can ensure the best mobile version of your site.
You’re welcome!
We would really appreciate it if you could leave a 5-star review for our plugins:
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Gutenverse SupportHi,
Yes, the issue remains the same—your header image is still restricted by a max-height of 44px.
try to apply this CSS code:
.guten-E5ZeJu .guten-column-gap-default .guten-3o6oCV .guten-column-wrapper .wp-block-image img, header img {
max-height: none !important;
}Also, i notice that you use <script> to the CSS code, please change that and use <style> instead
If that still doesn’t help, I see that you still use the WordPress image block and not the Gutenverse image block, please try to change the image block in your header.
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Kavana] Email NewsletterHi,
Yes, Kavana does include a default newsletter template pattern. In the editor, click the ‘plus’ icon and find ‘Patterns.’ There, you’ll see Kavana Gutenverse Pattern and Kavana Basic Pattern. To use the newsletter pattern, you’ll need to install the Gutenverse Form plugin. If you haven’t installed it yet, a prompt will guide you when adding the pattern. Here’s the documentation on how to use the form to create a functioning newsletter: Gutenverse Forms Documentation. Refer to the first video for how to add the pattern.
If you want more newsletter template options, Gutenverse offers additional designs in the remote library. Just click Gutenverse Library in the editor, go to Section, and search for the Call to Action tag. You’ll find 15 free templates, and more with the Pro version. The second video in the documentation shows how to use the library—just slide over to view it.
