Thanks for the quick response. Sorry for the lack of detail. I’ve gotten sidetracked this week but I’m going to get back on this tomorrow or next week. I think this issue is most likely a result of another plugin or server config. I’ll post as soon as I know more.

Looks like this issue is on my end. I Deactivated all plugins and switched to the twenty fourteen theme and it seems to be working now. I’ll try to see if I can isolate the problem and post here when I find it.

I can re-produce this by enabling “Accessibility Mode” on the widgets page. The theme doesn’t seem to make any difference.

Try clicking on “Screen Options” and disabling “Accessibility Mode.”

Ok, this is just a notice so it’s not really hurting anything. and it turns out it’s not whitescreening, the error is just pushing all of the content way down on the page so it looks like a whitescreen. It seems the problem is more associated with the dislaying the notice than an issue with the plugin. Still, it would be nice to know why I’m getting that notice.
