Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Removing navigation and category linesOkay, thanks. Most of that stuff is a bit over my level and too detailed for my needs. Just looking to make one basic fix.
Thank you anyway for your time.

In reply to: Removing navigation and category linesUnfortunately, I have no idea what that coding means as I’m quite the neophyte and just trying to fix what my original site builder put together.
Basically what I’m talking about is after my article there is something close to:

What I’m trying to do is go from the end of the article directly to the “like this post” and then the comments.
Does this make sense?
Thank you for all you help.

Here is the page with an example of the problem. There are a few other formatting problems that I can’t fix (and probably set up wrong).

Was wondering if you had a chance to take a look at what I sent yet. Completely understand if you’ve been busy, and I appreciate your offering to help.

Thank you for the response. The site is https://www.sacredbandofthebes.com and I have the problem on most of the pages. The best example would be https://www.sacredbandofthebes.com/making-of/the-making-of-a-graphic-novel/ where you can see what I’m talking about at the bottom of the page.
I think it’s due to how I set it up and the difference between pages and posts, so it might be a matter of changing that.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Muut – Commenting and Forums Re-Imagined] deleting commentsAh, that’s it. I wasn’t logged in correctly. Once Iogged out and logged back in as the administrator, I saw the X and was able to take care of it.
Thank you very much. Will be sending you a private email too.

I don’t think I use SSO, is there a reason I should or shouldn’t. Like I said, new at this and I greatly appreciate your assistance. I know that I have the administrative rights because I’m the one who makes all the changes, adds the plugins like Mutt and basically does everything (had someone create the original WP site and graphics, but he’s never used Muut so doesn’t know)
Is there a way we can exchange emails or something so that I don’t make everyone else have to read about my lack of ability?

In reply to: [Muut – Commenting and Forums Re-Imagined] deleting commentsPaul,
That doesn’t see to work. I’m brand new to wordpress and must, so I’m not sure about how to do everything, but I am administrator of the site, and do all the posting and set up. I wrote 2 test comments on a couple of posts and it worked, but now I want to delete those. The site is https://www.sacredbandofthebes.com which is currently being developed. I’m logged in to wordpress, where I make all the changes, do I have to be logged in anywhere else?
Appreciate your help. I assume that it’s really easy to do, and I’m just not figuring it out.
Thanks
