Tfarrell,
This is what it looks like from the front end for the user.

We’re still not open for business yet, so it’s a little rough looking, but you should get the point what it looks like to them. Go ahead and search since that’s functional to.
On the back end it looks like an Excel spreadsheet from hell mixed with a bunch of entry field databases. It’s a little overwhelming, but nothing a tech savvy person can’t get under in a few minutes. If I knew how to upload an image, I’d show you what I mean.)
Once you figure it out (about 30 minutes for me, with a little extra figuring out the shortcode), it was smooth and awesome from then on out. I’ve not had any problems with it. In fact, once I get the rest of the educator’s information and images, it’ll be gorgeous.

In reply to: [Zotpress] Zotpress Reference Metabox not returning any resultsI have a similar problem. I type in the author’s name, it appears for a brief second, but I have no way to select the listing. It just vanishes before I can select the citation.
For more information, I use a Linux, which normally shouldn’t be a problem. However, I have flash issues on Chrome (due to a change in the way Chrome works), so I tried to select the citation from Firefox, Opera, and even a SeaMonkey to no difference.
Should I contact you as well?

In reply to: [Pitch] Homepage also showing up as blogI just installed this, so I thought I’d give you the settings that came as a preset and see if it helps.
The static page is set to “home”. My blog shows up as a separate post type (not in the menu, but on the home page between the projects and clients). To see what I mean, my page is here.
As for the menu, I only have “home” and one other page. I didn’t try to import my old blog as I wanted the layout and post structure to be completely different. (I say this because I tried to do this with another type of theme, and made the front page show up as the blog rather than the static page.)
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Article Forge] Fatal errorI’d have to check with my friend that’s far more tech savvy than I am on that one. We started a business together. I’m good at everything that doesn’t involve computers, while he knows all of that end. I’ve been going about testing various plugins to make the blog portion of our business site more professional looking while he’s in classes full time.
Though, from what I can tell from the phpMyAdmin page he sent me a few weeks ago it’s 3.3.10.4. (He’s under the impression if it works, don’t upgrade it to things with bugs and problems.)
Does this help any? And, I do apologise you’re not talking to the tech-savvy person here. I hope I’m making some sort of sense.
