Yes, you are correct. When I upload a file in IE 10 then download the file it comes up with an apostrophe at the end of the file extension. It was happening before with a minus sign. The update fixed that but now it has the apostrophe.
Also IE 10
I am using Google Chrome and Safari do the same thing.
This temporarily resovled the issue. Now it is adding an ‘ to each document.

Thanks for resolving that issue. But my original issue is that the page behind the popup is not grayed out. That is what I need to function correctly.

Sorry about that. I was having trouble with it so I deactivated the plugin. I have gone ahead and reactivated the plugin as a draft. Let me know if you can see it. If not I can set to live so that you my help me troubleshoot the issue.
