I am still getting the blank white page for one website using the plugin, but it seems to be associated with Avada. I am also having a similar problem with my other site, that does not use Avada, it uses Shop Isle. I have not to tried disabling everything, because the tracking info is going into the site, it is just inconvenient. Hopefully it will just resolve with time and updates.

However, your latest update to 2.8.21 is not working. It keeps requesting an update repeatedly, even after it “updates” several times. It is definitely overwriting the code, as the manual change I make each time kept disappearing after the update.

Sorry, I now see that it isn’t even a woocommerce integration, it is third party. Sorry for the confusion.

The helpdesk said to ask woocommerce, but if this is wrong, I will ask through the presales portal instead. I didn’t realise that the plugin was separate from woocommerce.

I have resolved the issue by creating a plugin to send an email, and restoring the defaults for the “Completed” order. If you would like to do this, follow this tutorial:

That’s great news easchilling! I had totally forgotten about this thread when I solved it, so it is great to see an answer posted here.

I have now reviewed the settings in my website, and I have the same as you except:

Display prices in shop: Including tax
Display Prices During Cart and Checkout: Including tax

I have the settings as shown in my first post, basically.

So it may be that in your case there was a conflict between displaying the price in the shop excluding tax, then displaying including tax at cart/checkout.

I wish I could remember the fix, but as I am sure you will agree, this job is daily problem solving and too many things have come and gone since then unfortunately. I feel like my problem was a glitch in the rates section though.

Ok, I see now that I had to use your special uninstaller, but it isn’t working either. I clicked “Delete Q&A” which worked, the green bar showed, but no green bar will show for the others.
I used the regular delete button after seeing no green bar show, and the user roles have been deleted, but the capabilities are still there.

I installed it, activated it, deactivated it, uninstalled it.
User roles got left behind, and the capabilities are still there too.

I am sorry, it was really long ago, so I am not sure what I did now, but I did get it working. The settings I have are:
Calculate: Shop base address
Class: Standard
Rounding: ticked
Display in shop: Including tax
Display in cart: Including tax
Display totals: Single total

Then in rates, I have a * in Country code, state code, postcode and city. The rate is 15%, “Tax” as the name, priority 1, not compound, shipping ticked.

I checked my functions.php and there is nothing tax related in there. I think it may have been the * in the tax fields that fixed it. I don’t know if that helps, but I don’t remember anything else, sorry.
