I would assume we still have the same problem but I finished that site a month ago which I first submitted this request….. so I don’t want to break it to test it.

I never got to the import file step because what I exported was blank so I couldn’t see the correct format to set up the import file.

Possibly the problem was that you were dealing with comments and I had reviews…….I’m guessing that’s what the problem was.

I switched to a different plugin and got it to work.

I gave you a bad review because you didn’t clearly identify what was free and what was pro. In your “Exciting Features List” you say “Display child categories (hide or beside parent)” which would mean to me that I can show child categories. I CAN’T!

Thanks but not quite what I’m looking for.

1. We have an older installation because of a bunch of custom code so we don’t have the gutenberg.
2. But….I ALWAYS “remove” the gutenberg anyway because its not easy for users to use.
3. This site allows the public to post like on facebook and even if I can get the site owners to understand how this would work the average user would never be able to figure it out.

We need something that would add an extra field for url that would then grab the content to generate the preview just like facebook does.

I was logged in as admin and I had NOT placed any orders so the expected behavior would be that state is not selected.

Update…..I’m logged in as admin. That is a bad assumption to use the store’s address if I’m an admin. If I’m an admin it should default to the setting for customer location.

I have gotten no emails from your system. I have strong spam filters but most are delivered to junk so I can dig through. IF you are getting flagged and not delivered its because you are doing something completely unexpected and violating a rule.

What email address do you send support requests from?

This shouldn’t be a cache issue. I’ve been doing this for 20 years…..if they aren’t handling expiring the cookies properly then we won’t be logged out.

When I click log out in a wordpress site it logs me out. Any other site I that I click log out on….IT LOGS ME OUT. When I click log out on woo or wordpress.com it doesn’t log me out. And having the login through wordpress.com instead of through woo is complicating the issue.

ALL of this is compounded by not having support that will actually respond to you.

This is the first installation of this version and all the other installations of previous versions ON THE SAME SERVER all work fine. MAYBE that’s the server’s fault……but I would argue that its poor development to have it be so nit-picky about the server environment.

I gave up on your plugin 1 week and 6 days ago. I had a paying client that was ready to buy your upgraded version and there were too many “incomplete” elements for me to advise them to purchase.

The ssl is still not working.

Thanks. I was able to write my own delete function but I’ll keep this one in mind for next time.

Sell it as a small upgrade……I’d pay and bill a small amount to a client for this feature.

I think what we are asking for is for you to add this feature in. It would really help make your plugin more useful. Bottom line……woocommerce is a PAIN and unless I have a lot of products I need sold or I need some fancy feature from woo I really prefer using your plugin. Its a good plugin. We just need a direct to cart link. ??
