I have a business broadband connection, super-fast internet connection. The server I am using has both CPU and RAM resources sufficient to run any WordPress website, for sure.
Monster Insights get stuck on step 4 of the install process, on your own website, syncing data. I tried it on three websites, and it got stuck on all three when it was connecting to your own website, not mine, and installing (and syncing) data for the individual website accounts. So I was able to duplicate the issue since it happened three times.
And with so many installs, I am surprised you “have not heard of this issue.” That is possibly because most WordPress users do not report bugs or problems, because we are usually busy people. We also do not have time to be posting responses like this.
