thanks for the answer.
When switching theme (I’m currently using Hello Elementor), it does change the color of the default theme and therefore of that part too, but I still can’t edit that particular part myself as I wish to. Tried also clearing the cache but nothing changed.

When picking one of the “Choose an option”, then the price is displayed, and I can’t edit its appearance (it’s both green and decentered).
Any workaround? Is there any simple way to edit those two attributes with custom CSS?
For instance, I had to use a custom CSS found on here to edit the background of part of that section too, which also was not customizable:
