i have found the problem
On my hosting, there are several versions of php. (5, 5.2, 5.6)
the PHP extension ZipArchive was installed on php 5 and 5.2 but non installed on php 5.6.
My hoster have installed Zip on php 5.6 and it’s works now !

the PHP extension ZipArchive is installed on my hosting …
My sites are hosted on my dedicated server
I use BackWPup on 2 other sites and it works, I get my backups in.zip . (WordPress 3.9) On the website where I have this error message, the only difference with the others is the version of WordPress (4.5.3). What is strange is that if I tick no checkbox, I get a .zip archive. But if I check the box “tar”, I can not go back .zip
I try to desinstall and re-install the plugin, i have the same problem
