I deactivated the W3TC plugin. Afterwards, the SlimStat code appeared again on the HomePage Source Code. You might check, but I think SlimStat code is back? The SlimStat performance still appears different than before my site was hacked, but it does seem to be tracking better. My take-away is that there seems to be some interference by W3TC with SlimStat. I just worked with FatCow and we removed the W3TC cache and deleted the W3TC plugin.

I do a weekly local database backup on my WordPress site with FatCow. Is that an adequate “backup” of the SlimStat data?

Should I uninstall and reinstall SlimStat?

W3TC show “php agent” “disabled.” Could this be the problem?

What would you recommend?

I just talked with WordPress Essentials and they showed me how to show the source code for the homepage. They then searched for the word “SlimStatParams” and did not see it in the source code. What should be done? I assume the SlimStat plugin is supposed to add the source code to the homepage? Grandpa Jim

Under SlimStat Settings – Advanced — External Pages, it reads “Add the following code to all the non-WP pages you want to track, right before the closing BODY tag.” On the third line following in the set-off box, it reads “var SlimStatParams = {” Is this the tracking code you were looking for?

Last evening, the Slimstat numbers went to “8” losing the numbers tracked during the day?

What is the tracking code you refer to? And, how would I ensure it is in the site code?

Have done. Did not change months old data. Will track for a day or two and see if the data returns to the old “normal.”

With due respect, I think the issue is version 3.3 of Slimstat. Everything was working fine before. Grandpa Jim

World Map seems fine on Microsoft and Apple computers. Under Overview, Daily Pageviews is only showing on Apple, not Microsoft. Same with summary graphics under the Visitors, Content and Traffic Sources tabs — only showing on my Apple ipad. Grandpa Jim

World Map is now working on both Microsoft and Apple.
