Sydney is a very nice theme, but to do alot of the customizations that you’re asking, you’ll probably have to do some simple css. I would look at the actual sydney support page since it seems that there is some activity there.

Learning css might be a good way to go, OR possibly using a plugin such as css hero which allows you to change css options a little more graphically.

It looks like you have the wp-admin directory locked down with a password. So before you can even login, you’ll need to enter it.

Try urbanmaranth.com/wp-admin and then enter the login / password that you setup. If you don’t remember, then James’ suggestion might be best – set it up again, but make sure you pay attention to the areas in the install that describe the username and password. Sometimes under an ‘advanced’ tab, it will give you the option to make a password at install.
