Can you include a line or two about why that’s a bad thing? Or a link to a good resource? For anyone else who, like me, wondered what a “nonce” is, here’s a description: https://security.stackexchange.com/a/3024 What is the use of a client nonce?

It apparently prevents an action from taking place twice. In this case, I’m guessing the action being prevented is submitting the same message twice. Sounds like a good thing to me, in general. It probably comes with a cost, like extra processing power and slowing the site down a tiny bit, which may be what this review is alluding to, but I’m just guessing…

Tried installing it again. Looks good to go now. Not sure if you’ll need to rename the folder, then add the plugin again from the admin console…

The author updated about 40 minutes ago in a separate thread and is currently looking into it.

Temporarily (since I couldn’t access the admin panel), I had to FTP into my site, navigate to the wp-content/plugins folder, and rename the “code-snippets” folder to “code-snippets-disabled” (or whatever name you want).

That should get you back in for now.

I was having the same problem.. kept having to delete the last character in my password and retype it before I could login. This answer on WordPress SE worked for me:

Thought I’d add my 2 cents. I had the same issue. Shortcode was disabled. It was set to load comments “On Click”, but there was no button to click.

I changed “Enable Short Code” to “Yes”, saved the settings, then changed it back to “No” and saved the settings again. Reloaded the page and got the “Load Comments” at the bottom of my posts.

Thanks for the heads-up. I installed it and it seems to have auto-detected my custom permalinks structure just fine.
