I do not know. Can you provide any details? did you install another plugin, theme or update?

We have not had any other reports of issues.

The merge of the signature is actually done on our server side, unless you have defined your own “PDFtk Library” if you install the library, then you could edit the signer page.

The main issue with signatures is adobe DOES NOT allow us to easily place an image on a PDF so we cannot make the signerpage editable as there woulnt be a way to attach the signature to the PDF and define the location.

I do not understand your question, can you please clarify what you are asking?

On our site we have a “support” button at the very top of the page to get priority support for pro customers.

The signature page isnt editable at this time, we are working on a way to edit the template and define the fields but its only in development.

As for the signature, the field is controlled by the gravity form field. What ever format you select for the gravity form field should be placed on the PDF form.

Can you explain this any further?

Are you sure the PDF has form fields? The fields on the PDF cannot be marked as “required” in Acrobat.

In a recent update we removed the ability to define the PDFtk library in the free version of our plugin, as it was causing confusion. Now installing the plugin will work directly without the need to define the library

We have tested the plugin and it is functioning completely in wordpress 4.7.2.

You most likely have an issue with your temp path.

On the settings tab try putting in “/” and saving without the quotes and see if that corrects the issue.

Please click on the system check tab to see what is failing and post that screenshot so we can see why you are not meeting the requirements

This is fully resolved. We are now using a shortcode on the confirmation page to link to the file. This method completely eliminates the issue
