In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] How to export entries marked as spam?Hi Tim, thank you for your question, and sorry for the delayed response!
We’ve looked into this and there’s no current way to do this. It seems like a great feature we can add; we’ve added it to our development board.
The only way currently would be to mark them not as spam, then export them…but that doesn’t sound very helpful.
Sorry I don’t have better news.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] SPAM false positivesHi @damasovelazquez, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having false positives.
It can be the case that site caching causes issues with the plugin; if that happens often on a client website, we suggest excluding a page from caching. If that’s not possible, then I’m afraid that the best option is likely to disable Gravity Forms Zero Spam.
Please let us know if that helps.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Spam reports are not sentHi @hmnn, these reports are generated by a “cron job”; a scheduled task that runs when the site is loaded.
I suggest installing the WP Crontrol plugin and seeing if you see anything with the name
gf_zero_spam_send_report
. If not, the cron isn’t being scheduled. Please let us know!

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Plugin Not Working CorrectlyHi, I’m sorry you’re still getting spam. Have you tried upgrading to Gravity Forms 2.7? If so, you may want to consider adding extra protections using network-level spam filtering like with Cloudflare.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Still getting spamHi Cheryl,
I’m sorry you’re still receiving spam! If our plugin and Gravity Forms 2.7 both aren’t working, I suggest trying another option like using the Gravity Forms reCAPTCHA integration or adding extra filtering using something like Cloudflare.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Gravity Forms 2.7We just released an update that was kindly provided by Richard Wawrzyniak. It provides Gravity Forms 2.7 support.
@thekendog Pull requests are welcome here. Regarding whether the plugin is necessary anymore: Gravity Forms‘ update includes a technique similar to the technique we use to prevent spam. We do have a great feature planned soon for the plugin—the most requested!—so keep it installed. I think you’ll be happy you did.
Sorry about that @davemspan! We’ve updated GravityExport; please install the 1.1.1 update and it’ll fix that error.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Do Spam Entries Get Deleted Automatically?Hi @fssbob, no, not yet—we’re planning on adding this functionality.
Until then, you can check out Entry Automation by ForGravity. It can auto-delete entries, including filtered by spam status.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Works with feeds?Hi @nicomollet, thanks for your question. Sorry for the delay!
No, feeds will not be processed by add-ons. Add-ons check whether a submission is spam before processing.
