In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Entries are still going to spam (1.1.1)@thomascharbit Do you have a plugin that overrides default password generation in WordPress? Something that might generate more secure passwords?
Something modifying the
wp_generate_password()
function output is the only reason I can think of for whyhtml_entity_decode()
would be needed.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Entries are still going to spam (1.1.1)@thomascharbit Thanks for finding a possible fix! We’ll include this fix in an update and see how it goes.
@surbma This wouldn’t be affected by caching at all, thankfully; it’s all after the entry has been submitted. Caching is often the problem, but this plugin won’t be hurt by caching unless the plugin is de-activated and re-activated and the cache isn’t cleared.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Entries are still going to spam (1.1.1)@surbma @blakemiller What version of Gravity Forms are you running?
The 2.5 Gravity Forms release has caused some JavaScript-related functionality to fail. This plugin uses JavaScript to function.
From what I understand, those issues with Gravity Forms have been fixed in 2.5.4.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Changing order of FieldsHi @cajebo—I believe this may be a question related to our Gravity Forms Entries in Excel plugin.
If that’s true, then I have good news: our latest update fixes the issue you mention! Please update and try again.
If you have follow-up questions related to that plugin, please share the questions on that support page.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Conflict with gravity form button@emmanuelkuebu I’m afraid that if the plugin isn’t active and you’ve cleared your cache that we’re not able to help.
Please do check with Gravity Forms support—this issue may be related to their recent Gravity Forms 2.5 release.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Entries are still going to spam (1.1.1)The plugin is deactivated now, as it is not working properly. Can you please check, what could be the reason to send entries to spam from high traffic forms? The forms, that have this problem processed 200-300 entries since then.
The plugin adds JavaScript to the form that adds a field when the form is submitted. If that JavaScript is modified by a caching plugin, that could explain it.
@sjmacnz Does your caching plugin compress JS or HTML?
Can you please share a link to the page in question?

In reply to: [GravityExport Lite for Gravity Forms] Disable Fields not savingHi @avidkayaker908, thanks for sharing this issue. Sorry for the problems!
Have you tried disabling other plugins except for GF Entries in Excel and Gravity Forms, then attempting to save the configuration? I ask because what you describe sounds like there might be a conflict.
> I also have a field on the form that I would like to change the a header column name from Section ID to class1 if possible
Please see this how-to. It requires code; if you need help with the code, please get in touch with Codeable.io.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Conflict with gravity form buttonIf that’s the case, it’s not this plugin that’s causing the issue.
Check your browser console to see what the errors are (here’s an example how: https://support.happyfox.com/kb/article/882-accessing-the-browser-console-and-network-logs/ )
and you can always contact Gravity Forms support and ask for assistance.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Doesn’t Match Up to AkismetThank you @co50! The newest version (1.1.1) uses a different method that should be even better. It loads the script inline where Gravity Forms loads their scripts and uses the same hooks.
Thanks again for revisiting the review.
