I deactviated all the plugs except Draw Attention and cleared the cache but the problem remains. The image doesn’t resize until the page is refreshed.

I’m afraid I did very little to get it to work. I recently updated to version 3.1.1 of the plugin, thinking this included the new version of the phpFlickr code. It didn’t and the error returned. To fix it I only had to overwrite phpFlickr.php with the new version and upload the new file cacert.pem.

When I installed the new version of phpflickr I discovered the error message on my Flickr Photostream had changed from “No Photos” to “API Key is not valid” (or similar). I then generated a new API Key and saved that in my Flickr Photostream settings. I think I may have had to delete my cache in Chrome before changing the Flickr Photostream settings as the first time I tried this it had no effect.

I copied all 7 files in the phpflickr folder at https://github.com/nextend/phpflickr/tree/53be771aa18954d0372384aef866784e7a5739d9 to my phpflickr folder. I then went into my Flickr Photostream settings and updated the Flickr API Key to a new one and saved the settings. It saved OK and my Photostream started working again.

There’s now a new topic for the same problem with the latest version of the plug-in (version 3.1). No solution has been posted yet.
