Nope. Unfortunately the problem is not resolved :/

As I was doing some more testing I found out that Dropin form works perfect, but pup-up at custom form is not complete.

Yes, you do. After card details and proceed to checkout, popup is shown

Checkout (NA BLAGAJNO) -> Credit card payment (KREDITNA KARTICA).
Embedded window pops up when credit card is selected as payment method and pressed Finish checkout/place order.

Variable product issue was resolved with unchecking option: Customize > Woocommerce > Single Product > Ajax add to cart

Still looking for 3DS pop-up resolution though ??
