Thanks for replying to my post. I did some more tests, and appears that the download count is working from the email link. I just had to mask my IP in order to test it from the same computer.
I’m excited to put the plugin to use now that I know it’s working!
btw, the count is working fine in Firefox too, version 13 at least.
