Yes, I use the Buttons (Adv) block extensively. Looking at one of the pages where the block is not present, RankMath reports the correct number of words. I hope that this conflict can be resolved quickly and I will also file a support ticket with Kadence. Thanks.

Hi. The problem occurs in Chrome running on the latest stable version of Chrome OS. It happens both in normal and incognito modes and the console shows no errors or other messages. I have tried deactivating all other plugins (including caching) and clearing the browser cache.

Interestingly, the problem does NOT occur in Firefox (Linux) and its console DOES report an error on the Wordfence > Dashboard and Login Security pages:

As mentioned earlier, I tried disabling all other plugins and switching to the 2023 theme on a staging site, with the same result.

I’ve given up on using Postman and switched to Brevo, which works as expected.

On a staging site (staging.safedrain.com), I disabled all other plugins and activated the 2023 theme. Same result. Any other troubleshooting ideas?

This didn’t work. I checked both boxes on the Messages tab and the test message still didn’t have the From Name. As a data point, other installations that send using SMTP include the From Name, even with these boxes unchecked. This behavior seems to be unique to Postmark.

I got the snippet to load on another site without error, so I’ll have to investigate that further.

And yes, there are different timezones on the events. They take place all over the country and use local time. (Two different timezones were circled on the screenshot I posted earlier.) I know that complicates things but I’m hoping that the same filter can be used to display different labels conditionally. Any help with that would be appreciated.
