We did not receive a reply back with the requested logs. Maybe the email we sent you went in your SPAM folder. We want to help but need logs to see why you are having this issue.

WPSiteSync will sync all media in a post or page to the Target site. Are you using a Page Builder or a CDN? If you are not seeing images show up on the Target when Pushing from the Source, please contact support so that they may request come logs from you to investigate why this action is not occurring. WPSiteSync does sync all media attached to a Post or Page, including the featured image. Did you not experience this? Where you using any Page Builders? Hi Jodzee,

I downloaded WP2Static and installed it on a local WP website created with DesktopServer. I went to the Dashboard > WP2Static and clicked the [ Start Static Site Export ]. It went through crawling the site and when finished provided a [ Download Zip ] I hovered over the button and it showed me that it saved the .zip in the /wp-content/uploads folder for the site I processed.

DesktopServer’s Premium version has an export feature that creates a .zip file of all the WordPress files and the database. If you are deploying it also scrubs the local dev name (example.dev.cc) to the live site (example.com) through files and database.
