I was able to get the thank you screen, however I am still not getting the welcome/activation email. When I delete the user, the user is getting an email saying their account was deleted.

Yes, I did the conflict test (as noted above). I deactivated ALL other plugins and used the Twenty-sixteen WP theme.

Yes, I’m on version 2.0.39. I’m a new customer and if I can’t get this to work, I’ll have to go to a different solution. User registration is the only thing that is holding us back from launching.

I configured the subscriber user role to forward to “domain.com”/thanks but it’s still not forwarding, even though it creates the account.

Correction I have the Twenty-Sixteen theme applied.

Ahhh… I knew I was missing something. That did the trick!

I selected it, again bolds with the heart, but it doesn’t change the permalink, even when I click update. Here’s a screenshot… https://postimg.org/image/bg16ldbhz/
