In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add weight to variation dropdownHi Caleb,
“Mentioning the ounces in the short description” is my fallback.
I was hoping that someone had perhaps created a plugin that could handle this scenario.
I’ll keep digging.
Thanks for your feedback!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add weight to variation dropdownThe ounces are different for each Size to Firmness ratio (i.e. Queen/Firm has a different amount of ounces then King/Firm).
Here are my variations:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add weight to variation dropdownHere is a product that illustrates the issue that I’m running into:
https://godofmod.com/?product=mattress
As you’ll see, selecting a size/firmness combo excludes the other size option. Ideally the other size option would remain after the other is selected.
Any thoughts?
thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add weight to variation dropdownI tried that but the issue that I ran into is that the color and firmness are interlinked. If I select a color, the firmness drop down is updated with firmness’s associated with that particular color. If I then select a firmness, the color drop down is the updated with the color that is associated with that firmness so I no longer have the option of going back and changing my color.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add weight to variation dropdownHi Caleb,
Thanks for the quick reply!
I’m actually referring to the product page where the user has the option to pick size, color, etc. for a particular product. I’m just trying to append the weight of the variation as defined in the Variations tab for the product.

Hi Boone,
The function that you are referring to actually resides in the following file:
wp-content/plugins/buddypress-group-email-subscription/bp-activity-subscription-functions.php Line: 1362
I made the change that you recommended but still no luck. I also added a generic mail() function and that also was not triggered. It’s as if the ass_send_welcome_email() function is never called.
thanks
I’ve tested this on a clean install of:
Plugin – 3.1.2
BuddyPress – 1.5.5
WordPress – 3.3.2and I’m experiencing the same problem.
Has anyone found a workaround?
Thanks
