I have just done the latest MailPoet Plugin update – 4.43.0.

The issue now appears to be corrected. Thanks all for your input.

I have just updated to 4.8 and lost all of my site. I used FTP and found every php file is corrupted with the following:

That does work and with WP 3.0 there is no need for permissions.

I have worked around the issue by NOT going to the “Visual” tab in the Post Editor, when I have a post containing an iFrame. I review all changes via “Preview” button or the use of a second browser window.

I do not know if there is any alternative to using an iFrame. Given this has been a problem since very versions of WP, I am surprised it has not been identified and an issue in subsequent version upgrades.

Sometimes, when i go to the visual tab WordPress 3.0.1 strips out the code.

Thanks to you both, I think PHP is a bit beyond me. I don’t really understand it.
I have made a few small changes to the bits that I do understand but, I would not know where to start here. I shall have a look for the Cookbook you mentioned.
I was hoping there was some sort of plug-in that may assist.

I have used Ad-minister successfully for this. It’s a great plugin. However, it does not work with WordPress 3.

I am experiencing the same problem with WordPress 2.9.2 and Firefox 3.6.3. after upgrading to FF 3.6.3.
When logging into WordPress I get a blank screen.
I clear everything from the ‘clear recent history’ option and it works, until I try and return to the Dashboard. Then each time I get another blank screen.

There must be something I am missing.
I have added Adserve however, it allows me to define advs but I does not appear to have a control to allow me to apply them to parts of my blog. What have I missed.

This seems to only prevent WP from displaying the post revisions. When I go into the database the revision is still posted as a new entry.

I may take a while. My site ( https://australianbluegrass.com )took about three weeks to get picked up by Google and even longer for others.

I did the same thing on inove for https://australianbluegrass.com
I am pretty sure I edited the sidebar.php to achieve this through trial and error.
I removed the <categories> and <archive> code from the east and west sidebar code respectively under Appearance/Theme Files/Sidebar.php from the Dashboard.
