I have a similar problem, not with Paypal, but with bank transfers. In the shop, the order seems to be in a loop, in the WC admin order section I can see it’s on hold. No SSL involved btw, current WC and WP versions.

Oh, I forgot to set the thread to solved. Also, the 404 issue was solved due to a nonexisting SSL eCommerce certificate and WooCommerce being forced to use it (should have created two threads anyway). Thank you for helping!

with the fitting page plugs, so (almost) all is well. What I couldn’t figure out yet – I have to search the forums first though – is why the “my account” still doesn’t exist. I re-saved the permalinks and general settings page, but it’s still a 404. I wonder, too: Should the “my account/Mein Benutzerkonto” page be even visible at all if I’m not logged in as a user?

I have the same problem. After a format c:, I don’t have Google Gears installed anymore, but I’ve used the turbo mode before.

Do your links to the posts work? I have the same problem, but deactivating mod_rewrite in the gallery module (embedded or standalone?) didn’t solve my problem:

How about using htaccess to redirect and avoid 404s?

I just found out that this error only happens the first time, i.e. I go back in the history list and hit “press it” again or write about other websites after it, the error doesn’t happen again.

If the RTE deleted invalid html on “save&continue editing” it would already help… I’ve read somewhere that it functions as a validator, but can’t confirm this – at least, the tags that weren’t supposed to be there after the saving persisted. There’re two plugins, a tidy and an xhtml plugin which might help… haven’t used the former, and the latter hasn’t been updated for xhtml 1.1 yet.

RTE is not a problem, at least, on my site it works. As I wrote, whole parts of the section are white test on white background (since img are blocked?). To demonstrate what I mean, here’s a screenshot:

…but this solution is going to be overwritten by any upgrade. Is there another way to make it safe for upgrades (like the coming wp2)?

wow, didn’t know that, bob58. The search restricted to a category or a given post would be helpful within the archive pages. Not sure how to make it work that a text above the field changes depending on the position of a visitor (i.e., monthly, year or category). Perhaps an if/else statement would do the trick.

On individual post/pages only if the text is long enough and the searched text is marked with a color. Then again, FF does the same thing, so there’s no neccessity to duplicate this feature.

I’ve got the same problem here: I have over 24 drafts in the manage section – but only 24 are showing up. Looking for keywords in the database, my 25th draft shows up (!), but it’s not in my draft list. There are 25 all in all, but the one I was working on for three days is not there. Could it be that the “save and continue editing” and then just closing the browser/blue screen without saving the post is the reason why it’s not in the draft list?

Starvino’s way is a hack that gets overwritten every time WP is updated – is there another way to assign numbers to comments?
