In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product category widget shows related categoriesWow! I set the Content tab in my Products module to Main Query, as Jamie suggested, and it seems to work! Thanks. I can’t remember why I ever chose Custom Query.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product category widget shows related categoriesThanks for responding, Shameen.
Yes, products show up that aren’t part of the selected category. I assign multiple categories for one product, but I don’t select multiple categories.
I just recorded a Loom explaining my problem with Woocommerce product categories in Beaver Builder. Check it out here: https://www.loom.com/share/7eefcb973d8b48c69d5bac92c3b1a115?src=composer.
I reinstalled and started again. Now it seems to be working correctly.
Thanks. I delete all the lists from the sidebar and save the form. When I open it again, all 3 lists are there again. When I use it, I get added (automatically, without any confirmation!) to all 3 lists. What am I doing wrong?
I am more and more of the impression that the Select list feature doesn’t work properly. It tends to add the subscriber to more than only the selected list, and it doesn’t wait for him to confirm that subscription before doing so.
DOES ANYONE SEE THIS?
Correction: I have 3 choices in my Select list field: Deutsche Blog-Posts, English blog posts, Newsletter. When a visitor selects English blog posts, he is now added to that list BUT ALSO TO NEWSLETTER (even before he clicks on the link in the confirmation email!). How can I steer that?
And again: shouldn’t the confirmation email also mention which list was chosen and/or allow unsubscribe? Thanks. I now see my misunderstanding. Should I put the honeypot field before the first valid field then? Is there any way to see which/how many spam messages are rejected?
Thanks for taking me seriously, Ryan.
My Contact 7 form is as follows:<label> Ihr Name* [text* your-name] </label>
<label> E-Mail-Adresse* [email* your-email ] </label>
[honeypot Date]
<label> Betreff* [text* your-subject ]</label>
[honeypot Time]
<label> Ihre Nachricht* [textarea* your-message ]</label>
<label>[submit “Senden”]</p>This form generates an email. In the Message Body I have the following:
[your-message]
Spamschutz: [_remote_ip], [Date], [Time]The SPAM message I receive contains the line:
Spamschutz: 185.210.219.168, ,
This shows the two honeypot fields ([Date], [Time]) were indeed empty (i.e. not filled in by the bot). In that case I expected the message to be rejected as SPAM and not delivered. But it was delivered.
That’s my problem.Thanksgiving. Black Friday. Cyber Monday. Are you guys all on holiday?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Encoding problemI have a similar flaw, but I am using German. I have an ultra-simple form and when it is used, the recipient sees the following:
Antwort an: [email protected]
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8Von: Viktor Steiner <[email protected]>:
How does this look?That
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8is ugly. How can I get rid of it?
Thanks.
This change helps. It was set to ‘per content’. Now URLs starting with https:// and https:// both get auto redirected to https://
Is it safe to leave it like this?
