Because I had already deleted the folder plugins/wp-super-cache/ I can’t follow the “How to uninstall” process, so I guess I’m up to the “When all else fails” section.

Where would the wp-config.php be? I’ve searched my entire wp-content folder & subfolders and can’t find it….

Alternatively, if I completely delete the theme from my wp-content, then reload will that sort the problem? Would there be anything else I would need to delete before starting from scratch?
