As far as emails go I don’t think yours is working or customer emails are being blocked for some reason. I copy pasted the exact email address you have above and used your website support contact link multiple times.

I still haven’t received my pro version yet. Please contact me as soon as possible or at least respond to your forum.

I still haven’t received mine either. I just sent another email to your company email address. If I don’t get what I paid for soon, I too want a refund. There should be a disclaimed before purchase about the wait time if this is a regular occurrence.
