In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Cyclone Slider – “Add New Slide” Stopped WorkingSORTED!!!!
It’s a conflict with “Accordion Pro By Wpshopmart”.
Deactivate this plugin, create slides and then reactivate “Accordion Pro By Wpshopmart”

In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Cyclone Slider – “Add New Slide” Stopped Workinglane95678: I’m not sure if we’re going to get support, so maybe we can work out between us what’s conflicting.
I’ve just tried the plugin on another website running WordPress 4.9.1 and the plugin does work on the other website… so it shows the latest WordPress isn’t the issue.
The same plugin exists twice on www.ads-software.com, so I tried downloading the other version and swapping which one was activated, but still no luck.
Can you I ask you lane95678, what plugins you have active? Mine are the following:
Accordion Pro By Wpshopmart
Contact Form 7
Cyclone Slider
Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
Limit Login Attempts
Remove Query Strings From Static Resources
Responsive Lightbox
SG Optimizer
Yoast SEOIf any match what you have, we can try deactivating those ones and see if that helps.
To the Plugin Author: I tried creating a slideshow on my other website, exporting it and importing it onto the website that isn’t working and I get the following error: Error: Security error. File cyclone-slider-2017-12-24/ is not an image.
The sliders previously created, work absolutely fine on my website. I just can’t add any new slides to either new slideshows, or existing ones!

In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Cyclone Slider – “Add New Slide” Stopped WorkingSame here. Clicking the button to add multiple images does open up the box where I can select or upload new images, but then when I click ok, it doesn’t add these as slides.
It’s now impossible to use this plugin!

In reply to: [Decode] Google Webmaster Tools ErrorActually is this information important for pages which don’t change?
Or is it more for posts on a blog, to show when they were posted on Google?
My website is currently built with pages and not posts, so as long as it won’t hurt my SEO, or cause any other issues with the site, I might leave it as is.
It would be great to hear your opinion on this though?
Just to update this. My tracking data started showing up in Google Analytics, even though it still said “Tracking Not Installed”.
I’ve just logged in again though and it has now changed to “Receiving Data”, so it looks to have just been a delay at Googles end.

In reply to: [MN Contact Form] Change FontNevermind, I found out how to do it.
For some reason changing the “p” font on its own, also changed the contact form titles “Name, Email, Message” etc within my theme, so I specified them both individually.
For anyone wondering, I changed the “label” font.
E.g.: label { font-family: “Font name”; }

In reply to: Hosting in the same Country – Important? Thanks for the reply, that’s great to know it didn’t make a difference. I’ll stick with the hosting company I know then, as I’ve been really pleased with them
otherwise and this was my only sticking point. The website shouldn’t be illegal in any country as far as I’m aware, but that’s very interesting to learn about the legal implications of where I host a website, I wasn’t aware of that before.
Thanks again for your help

In reply to: [MN Contact Form] Not Receiving EmailIf you’re hosting your website offline, it’s due to MAMP / WAMP not acting as a server for emails and so you can’t use any email functions.
That will be sorted when you host it online though.

In reply to: [Decode] Input FontThis is on Safari.
Using the developer tools built into Safari, I’ve been able to see that it is using Lucida as the font even though it isn’t present in the CSS.
It’s using this font as it doesn’t look like a font is specified within the CSS for this purpose.
Expandable text input boxes correctly pickup the right font, it’s just an issue with fixed input boxes.
Do you know what I could add to the CSS to fix this?
Thanks Jake

In reply to: Removing "Website" from Comment boxHe was the person who created the theme.
The theme title used to be written at the bottom of the page, but I’ve since taken it out. Therefore giving a link to the site wouldn’t have answered the question that Christine asked: “… so we can see what theme you are using”.
Next time, can you actually read what was written shirazdrum.
Thanks for your help Christine, I was able to create a custom comment message by looking in the comments.php file like you mentioned.
For anyone wondering how to remove the “Website” field from the comment box, I’ve just managed to do it successfully by following these instructions:

In reply to: Removing "Website" from Comment boxI’ve searched through all of my theme files for the word “Website”, but it isn’t in any of them.
I’m guessing it would include the word “Website” as it is the actual message written within the comment box?
What section of code do I need to delete to remove the “Website” field from the comment box?
Thanks

In reply to: Removing "Website" from Comment boxThanks, I’ll have a look into the comments.php file.
I’m using this theme:
“Asokay 1.0.3 by Andreas Viklund
A full-featured but still simple and easy-to-use blog/website theme, built from the Toolbox theme by Automattic and styled by Andreas Viklund.”Would it be possible to remove the “Website” box?
