you can see I’ve managed to style the boxes and the points on the timeline, but the triangles that point to the timeline are still blue. The CSS for those is pretty tricky, so I was hoping you had an easier solution to change them to match the green background.

I managed to make the link completely cover the image area via CSS. Success!

Only now, the image title attribute appears. It looks really redundant to have the post title appear in the excerpt below the image, in the image as a hover title, AND as a tooltip.

And I thought WordPress did away with the tooltip for images. Very puzzling.

That looks interesting, but I don’t want to re-engineer your plug in. Perhaps in a future release you could add this as a featured setting. Seems like it would be easy enough, and many plugins of this type include such a feature.

Very misleading. And disappointing. To have this large target for visitors, but to have the active link be so small is a real UI/UX let-down.
Most of the other portfolio solutions out there do this well, but probably make use of javascript to do so.

In terms of which custom post type I’m capturing, I’m using categories to define the posts query. The link to the category returns a page that indicates it is an archive of that category, but it displays no content, so I guess “Some custom post types will not generate taxonomy pages within WordPress” is correct.

Sorry, I’ve had to move on to another solution for now. I checked for other plugin conflicts but still can’t get “slide left” to work, or for images to fill the frame on mobile.

If I find the time, I can try it out with another theme and let you know.

I can confirm this plug-in does not work for mobile. The image winds up being about the quarter the size of the area it’s supposed to cover.

The slide left option also does not work.

Not being able to target individual pages for EACH of the slides is a big let down.

Additionally, the link for support at support.sowlininfotech.com can not be found.

The widget keeps the user on the same page after log-in.

The shortcode does not work either. It takes visitors to the WP dashboard, and I really don’t want visitors going there!

Nope. Never got it solved, so I moved on to another plug in. One that didn’t need to log into my site to work.Ahem.
