In reply to: “Upgraded” and now I have only a blank screenOK well I am totally lost and it seems like a terribly long process to get through what was originally supposed to be a 5 minute process.
My hosts do not seem to have the phpMyAdmin support and I am now literally too scared to change anything.

I’m really battling here… sorry, as said, I really don’t understand what you were telling me to do

In reply to: “Upgraded” and now I have only a blank screenthe phpMyAdmin method is greek to me… I have no idea how that works…. read my original post. I am a lady who is feeling very cold (winter here) and frustrated late at night with this darn thing and no ways am I going to be able to figure out phpMyAdmin unless you can give me some simple instructions.
Sorry to be such a pain…

In reply to: “Upgraded” and now I have only a blank screenThanks Manx I did that already (see my previous reply) but nothing happens. I als checked that all the (new) files for the admin &include folders were copied over from the unzipped folder
Should I perhaps delete all other files (apart from the content ones) as well? I am too scared to just do it… (this comes from reading the extended version of the upgrade thingy)
If the answer is yes
I have a copy of my existing config.php file, if I DO delete all the other files as well, could I use that one to save some time?
