@easynolo grazie, ma troppo tardi. Abbiamo già eliminato il vostro plugin dal nostro E-Commerce, nonostante clienti di Sella da anni, preferendo in via definitiva Stripe. Chi si propone online con il proprio negozio ha bisogno di certezze.

@carolm29 I didn’t quite understand your response. We’ve been aware of this issue since 2001. It’s been 3 years now. I’m unsure what kind of confirmation you’re looking for. The issue still persists. Could you perhaps seek feedback from a developer on the team?

I’m familiar with the default widgets that WooCommerce offers. I use them! But frankly, they’re quite basic…
The only useful one is the WooCommerce Status, but it has been offering the same information for years and years. Perhaps it’s time for an update?

It just occurred to me, could it be that those messages shouldn’t appear among the PayPal buttons in the checkout, but rather right after the order? And if so, if the checkout template isn’t updated, I suppose the issue could be caused by a missing hook that PayPal is trying to latch onto to display the message.
Could you tell me if there’s a minimum requirement for the template version of the WooCommerce checkout page? This way, I can compare it with the one on our website.
Actually, let me tell you straight away that we’re on WooCommerce version 8.4.0 with all the templates updated to this version.
Abbiamo verificato. Non c’è alcuna compatibilità con HPOS. Una presa in giro. Da un lato si dichiara compatibilità con WooCommerce 7.1.0, dall’altro non c’è alcun supporto a HPOS.

I suppose the causes may be traced back to the behavior of the user in question or, at most, to the browser they used for that order.

@anastas10s honestly, I really don’t feel like wasting any more time on this. I’m sorry! The person who followed up on your assistance request understood perfectly what we were talking about (in case you’re interested, it’s regarding ticket number 6479576). Currently, we’ve deactivated Apple Pay and removed all the certificates, so we can’t even replicate the issue.
If I may, your support team often seems to bounce problems back and forth. I understand that you deal with many people who aren’t very familiar with WordPress and WooCommerce. But on this occasion, we’ve made it clear that we have developers on our side as well. People who can provide information when needed. The responses have been consistently unhelpful. So, well…
I’ll wait for someone else to encounter the same issue, and then we’ll see what happens.

Christmas period means a lot of users that typing wrong passwords on WooCommerce login page can’t access to proceed purchasing products. I think that your plugin simply can’t be the right answer for WooCommerce users.
As I understood, you are developing something to fix this issue, but available only with a subscriptions. If confirmed, I will be obliged to uninstall definitely the plugin.
I’m honestly sorry! I’ll search something else.

Yeah! With pleasure I can confirm that updating directly to 19.8 on our production web site our web site didn’t lose the titles on archive pages, @jeroenrotty
