The principle of the site is that the user must by 12 bottles of wine too get a 20% discount and free shipping. Upon applying the coupon the message is “The coupon is not valid for the currently selected shipping method.”

If I try to apply it to 11 bottles I get the correct “The minimum quantity of matching products for this coupon is 12.”

The coupon did some to work the first time even though I have no usage restrictions set. I have applied all shipping methods to the coupon.

Thanks but that did not work. I put your code in my theme quick css and the in the css class for the field I put heighttext but it has not changed anything.

HI Maeve. Hey it is weird. No, I did not modify the plugin in anyway and my WP settings are optimum – as in no memory issues etc. Using a tried and tested hosting company that never has permissions issues.

HI Maeve. I’m now using your plugin on a separate installation and a different site altogether and now I can’t access the plugin settings page to put in my rezdy slug. The plugin says it has not been tested with the latest version of wordpress. Is no one else having problems?

To simplify things I installed a plugin called Permalink Manager Lite which offers the ability to add or remove the trailing slash and I have tried both options and information is still not being loaded from Rezdy. I rebuilt my permalink and cleared my cache also.

My .htaccess file is the following
