Well, that was an “interesting” experience with a customer service. And not in a good way. I am moving on to Learndash.
Thanks, I will do that and mark the thread as solved as soon as there is a solution.
Hi,
thanks for the reply.
In the course content there is stuff that doesn’t fitFor the rating: I have tried with different browser on different machines, and it does not work.
Yes, I can style the rating, that is not my problem.
I will delete the curriculum so you can enroll in the test course on the
test site I have set up (https://tutor-test.cg-tutorials.pro/courses/test-course-01/) and register, please try writing a review. The stars can not be clicked, so nobody is able to write a review.
When I deactivate the Tutor LMS Elementor Addons the Reviews work. But when I then activate the addon again, I can not edit that review from the course page. Editing works from the dashboard, but writing a review in the dashboard, I didn’t find how to do it.Please have a look at that issue.
Thanks, Christina

Thanks for your reply, but like I mentioned above: on the test site are only the plugins installed which are absolutely necessary to use Tutor LMS with Elementor. So, if there is an compatibility issue it is between Tutor LMS, Tutor LMS Elementor Addon and Elementor.
And I am reaching out to them here, because I guess other people have similar issues and are interested in the solution.Another really major issue I just discovered.
I didn’t set a curriculum for the first tests. Now I did, and as soon as that widget is on the page, it totally messes up the layout. I have two columns, a larger one on the left with the main content and one with the enrolment box, which is pulled up (Udemy style), but it doesn’t matter if I set a negative margin for the right column or no margin at all, the whole column just disappears.
Could you please, please fix those 2 major issues (Reviews and Curriculum) very soon?
Thanks, Christina
